Pladis was looking for a creative partner to develop gift packs that would not only meet stakeholder objectives but also serve as a tangible representation of their company culture. Through open communication and collaboration with their team, we embarked on a journey to bring their vision to life.
Our first project focused on creating a welcome pack for new joiners at Pladis. This pack served a dual purpose: housing important onboarding documents to streamline the acclimation process and offering company-branded gifts to make new employees feel welcome and valued. Every detail, from the packaging design to the curated selection of items, was meticulously chosen to reflect the positive and engaging work environment that Pladis fosters.
The success of the welcome pack project paved the way for a more ambitious collaboration. As the festive season approached, Pladis wanted to express their appreciation to their entire workforce of over 6,000 employees. We were tasked with designing and creating a special Christmas gift box. This box wouldn’t just be a token of appreciation; it was intended to be a symbol of the Pladis spirit – a way to bring employees and their families together during the holidays.
The packaging design was festive and eye-catching, further reinforcing the spirit of the season. The final product was a thoughtful gift box that not only delighted employees but also served as a delicious reminder of the strong sense of community Pladis cultivates.
